Additional information on inclusion in the hotel sector employment support scheme

Following the announcement of the Special Employment Support Plan in the hotel sector, dated 03/04/2026, the Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs affected members about additional information and procedures communicated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance regarding inclusion in the plan.

The application submission start date will be announced by the Ministry within the next week.

Applications will be submitted through the ERGANI information system using existing login credentials for recruitment, terminations, and employment terms.

Before submitting, employers or authorized representatives should update each employee’s actual monthly salary by registering employment terms in ERGANI, following these steps:

  • User login
  • Terms of employment
  • Import or import with file

For new recruitments, submit employment terms; for existing hires with salary updates, submit correction.

During application submission, the Employer Registration Number (A.M.E.) will be entered, and a list of active employees will appear. Employers can select up to 80% of employees for whom the grant is requested.

The IBAN of the business or self-employed must be declared.

Required documents include:

  • Accountant’s report confirming decrease in turnover or occupancy rate
  • Account certificate (IBAN)
  • Certificate of Directors and Shareholders from the Registrar of Companies

For prompt examination and timely payment, adherence to the submission procedures is essential.
