Answers to questions on changes in personal taxation

Following the webinars organized by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OEB) in collaboration with the Tax Department on January 15 and 16, 2026, regarding changes in personal taxation, OEB collected and grouped questions submitted by participants.

Tax Department officials processed these questions and prepared a detailed answer form, which is attached and organized by thematic units.

This material aims to enhance understanding of the tax reform changes and facilitate proper implementation of the new regulations.

OEB will continue to support its members’ information needs and serve as a communication channel between the business community and authorities on tax policy issues.
