Cyprus Association for Quality hosts EOQ webinar on adaptation to change

On July 20, 2023, members of the Cyprus Association for Quality (CyAQ) participated in a webinar organized by the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) on “Adaptation to Change.” The webinar featured Ms. Alka Jarvis, who has over 27 years of experience in quality management and has authored 11 books. She has collaborated with organizations such as Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Facebook, and Johnson & Johnson.

The session emphasized the importance of adapting to change, continuous learning, effective communication, and systematic organizational responses in a dynamic environment.

Following the presentation, CyAQ hosted a roundtable moderated by Dr. Alekos Loizides, with participants Mr. Andreas Ioannidis and Mr. Akis Nikolaidis. The discussion focused on the role of quality, leadership, management systems, and organizational culture in enhancing resilience and adaptability amid ongoing challenges.
