Extension for submitting annual reports and financial statements until December 31, 2026

The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, following reminder letters sent to companies on February 9, 2026, has announced an extension for submitting annual reports and the corresponding financial statements until December 31, 2026.

It is clarified that after this deadline, non-compliant companies will be subject to delisting procedures in accordance with article 327 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113.

Businesses are advised to complete the required submissions within the new deadline.
