Industrial plots available for lease in Kokkinotrimithia and Paphos industrial areas

The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) informs its members that, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry dated September 28, 2026, industrial plots are available for rent in the Kokkinotrimithia Industrial Area and in Paphos Industrial Area B (Agia Varvara).

In Kokkinotrimithia, three plots are available: plot no. 14 (approximately 3,840 sq.m.), no. 10 (approximately 2,010 sq.m.), and no. 35B (approximately 1,920 sq.m.).

In Paphos Area B, four plots are available: no. 22 (approximately 2,200 sq.m.), no. 23 (approximately 2,640 sq.m.), no. 24 (approximately 2,560 sq.m.), and no. 25 (approximately 2,650 sq.m.).

Interested businesses can apply using the special form BP1, accompanied by the required supporting documents as specified in the form.

The application deadline is November 30, 2026.

Applications will be examined according to the procedure and criteria outlined in the Immovable Property of the Republic (Leasing of Property within Government Industrial Areas) Regulations of 1990 (K.D.P. 164/90), as amended.
