OEB promotes Lena Panayiotou to Deputy Director General

On September 17, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) unanimously approved the promotion of Lena Panayiotou to Deputy Director General of the organization.

The promotion is effective from January 1, 2027.

Lena Panayiotou joined OEB in 2004 as an Officer in the Labour Relations & Social Policy Department. She was promoted to Department Director in 2017 and has served as Assistant Director General since January 2024.

She graduated from Nicosia English School and holds a law degree and a master’s degree in International Relations from Leeds University.
