Public consultation opened for the roads and buildings law amendment of 2026

The Ministry of Interior has opened a public electronic consultation for the Bill titled “The Regulation of Roads and Buildings (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2026”.

The Bill aims to amend the Law on the Regulation of Roads and Buildings by introducing a new provision for the regularization of buildings constructed without prior permits, provided construction was completed before the law’s entry into force.

Interested parties can submit comments and suggestions until April 20, 2026 via the “e-Consultation” platform.
